Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of meridiopartners.com (the "Site") and any consultation, application, or service offered by Meridio Partners ("Meridio Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an application through it, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Serve

Meridio Partners provides patient acquisition and growth systems exclusively for aesthetic and cosmetic practices, including med spas, plastic surgery practices, cosmetic dermatology, injectors and aesthetic nurses, and body-contouring practices. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a client, and we reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

Applications & Availability

Space in our onboarding process is limited each quarter. Submitting the application on this Site does not reserve a spot, guarantee a consultation, or create any binding obligation on either party. A formal engagement begins only once a separate services agreement has been signed by both parties.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when submitting any form. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Meridio Partners or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

No Guarantee of Results

Any results, figures, or outcomes referenced on the Site (including patient volume, return on investment, or revenue figures) are illustrative examples and general industry benchmarks pending verified client data. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results for your practice. Specific performance commitments, if any, are set out exclusively in a signed services agreement.

60-Day Patient Booking Guarantee

For clients on an active services agreement that includes the 60-Day Patient Booking Guarantee, if Meridio Partners does not deliver a minimum of 20 new patient bookings within the first 60 days of a fully launched campaign, Meridio Partners will, at its discretion, either (a) issue a refund of management fees paid for that period, or (b) continue providing services at no additional cost until the threshold is met. This guarantee covers Meridio Partners' management fees only; it does not cover the client's own third-party advertising spend. Eligibility, exact terms, and any exclusions are set out in full in the client's signed services agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this summary.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridio Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
